There will be some outages in out wireless service area during the next couple of days while we take some time to move and update our equipment to better serve you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and are working very hard to keep everything up.

Netpoint's Sevices were down this morning from approximately 10AM to 1:00PM. This was due to a squirrel that shorted out a high voltage line and took out all power in the area. We were able to get the bare necessities running off of a generator inbetween that time.
Everything should be working again now though. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The next user support group meeting is scheduled for August 19, 2004 at 7:00 PM at Netpoint. The user support group is free for Netpoint users. It is an open forum to discuss the Internet, ask questions and explore different aspects of the it.

A Qwest cable has been cut north of Faribault along the I-35 construction zone. This cut has disrupted incoming calls to NetPoint from AT&T and has affected the Internet connectivity for wireless customers.
